The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply and deliver 5,000 gallons of #2 Diesel (dyed) for Off-Road Use. Delivery will be in quantities of 1,000 to 1,500 gallons, beginning July 1 and continuing until the full quantity is delivered, no later than August 12, 2019. Delivery will be at multiple points to be determined (TBD) between Lansing, Iowa and Reads Landing, Minnesota. Transport trucks must have proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating fuel barge. The fuel barge will be manned and controlled by two Government employees during the transfer. Offeror shall quote PER GALLON prices for Off-Road #2 Diesel. Price shall include delivery, and any required fees. No Biodiesel or Biodiesel Blends will be accepted. Unit pricing (per gallon) may have a maximum of 3 numbers after the decimal point (Example: $x.xxx is acceptable, $x.xxxx is not acceptable) OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation. Quotes received after the solicitation close time and date may not be considered for award.
