The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District seeks a contractor to supply all equipment, labor and materials required to upgrade the ceilings of the three bays in the shop at the Sandy Lake Recreation Area. The contractor will remove and dispose of all existing lighting from three bays, and remove and dispose of the insulation on the ceiling of one (heated) bay, approximately 800 SF. The contractor will apply spray closed cell foam insulation to the heated bay, and install a total of 16 Government furnished LED light fixtures in the three bays. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM). All Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to receiving an award, have an active SAM account, and have the Representations and Certifications (FAR and DFARS) sections completed prior to award. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.sam.gov. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. The magnitude of construction is estimated below $25,000.
