The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to apply closed cell Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) insulation to three metal walls of a shop building vehicle bay at Baldhill Dam/Lake Ashtabula Recreation Area, near Valley City, ND. Contractor will apply rigid foam board, house wrap and/or plywood to metal walls prior to applying at least three inches (3") of SPF insulation meeting SOW specifications. Area to be insulated is approximately 1,485 SF. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $5,000 and $15,000. This request for quotes (RFQ) solicitation is set-aside exclusively for small businesses. AMENDMENT 0001 has been added Amendment 0001 extends the solicitation close, and adds information to the SOW.
