Please send questions and quotes directly to Ken Eshom - Kenneth.J.Eshom@usace.army.mil The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply one (1) dozer, CAT D8T with Semi-Universal (U-shaped) blade or equal, on a rental basis, for a period beginning on 21 June 2019, for not less than three weeks, but not greater than six weeks. The Dozer will be delivered to the Fountain City 1 (Fountain City, WI) Placement Site, and retrieved from the Alma, WI placement site. The vendor shall provide support service needed to ensure that in the event of a breakdown, the equipment is either operational, or replacement equipment is provided, with 72 hours. Equipment usage shall not exceed 84 hours per week, unless authorized by the Contractor. Quotes shall include a spec sheet of the equipment offered, including the number of operating hours on the machine. Quotes must specify the type of blade on the dozer. Quotes for dozers with straight blades will be treated as non-responsive. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. Quotes from other than small businesses may not be considered for award.
