The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply high visibility safety shirts for employees. The shirts shall be screen printed with the USACE communication mark (logo) and signature. The apparel provided shall meet all requirements in the solicitation SOW, which include: • 100% polyester, with moisture wicking properties for the T-shirts • Minimum of ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2 • Fluorescent yellow/green with at least 2 inch reflective material for 360? nighttime conspicuity • USACE Communication Mark (Castle Logo and "US Army Corps of Engineers: St. Paul District") at least 3" high, screen printed in black on the left chest • USACE Communication Mark (Castle Logo and "US Army Corps of Engineers: St. Paul District") at least 8" high, screen printed in black on the back, centered Shirt sizes range from S to 3XL. The quantities are: - Short Sleeve T-Shirt: 1,995 - Long Sleeve T-Shirt: 717 - Crew Neck Sweatshirt: 723 - Hooded Zip-up Sweatshirt: 460 The shirts will be shipped in 14 lots to 12 locations. Sizes, quantities and ship to addresses are included in solicitation SOW. The contract awardee will be required to provide samples within 10 days of contract award, which will be reviewed for quality and conformance to requirements. The full quantity will be delivered within 30 days of sample acceptance. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. If your firm submits a quote not using the form SF1449, please ensure that the quote form used does NOT contain additional terms, restrictions or limitations. These may cause your quote not to be considered for award.
