The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to provide repair services to the engine cooler of the M/V Lyon. The USACE M/V Lyon is a twin-screw towboat, constructed in 1972 by Monark Boats. The vessel is 50 ft. long by 20 ft. wide, and drafts 7.5 feet. The contractor shall transport the M/V Wells from Lock & Dam 7 (LaCrescent, MN) and return the vessel to that location when work is complete. Work shall be completed no later than 17 May 2019.
