The fuel shall be delivered to the Crane Barge Hauser at the Fountain City Service Base on Wednesday, April 24 (preferred) or Thursday, April 25, during business hours. No Biodiesel or Biodiesel Blends will be accepted. The transport trucks will be responsible for all transport truck activities and have the proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating barge. Quotes must include Unit (Per Gallon) pricing. OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Representations and Certifications (Reps & Certs) sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.
