The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul, Minnesota District has a requirement for elastomeric tainter gate seals and miter gate seals for the Upper Mississippi River Lock 4. The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract with a delivery of no later than September 30, 2019. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 339991 Gasket, Packing, and Sealing Device Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside. The solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation due date is 05/15/ 2019 at 10:00am CST. No CD's or hard copies of this notice or the solicitation will be available. Offerors are responsible for checking the fbo.gov website for any update(s) to the Notice.
