The Contractor shall provide all equipment, vehicles, labor, and fuel necessary to ensure this work is performed in accordance with contract requirements. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract, for a base period of one (1) year, and four (4) one year options to be exercised at the Governments discretion.
