The following is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul, Minnesota District has a requirement for Garbage Removal Services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) Pokegama Dam & Recreation Area. Pokegama Dam & Recreation Area is located 2 miles west of Grand Rapids, Minnesota off of State Highway 2 on the Mississippi River in Itasca County. The address is: 34385 US HWY 2 Grand Rapids, MN 55760-9663 The resulting contract shall be for a base year and four (4) option years. The base period of performance shall be 05/01/2019 through 04/30/2020. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 562111; Solid Waste Collection with a size standard of $38.5 Million. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ), and is being issued as a Full and Open (Unrestricted) competition. The solicitation due date is 03/08/2019 at 10:00am CST. No CD's or hard copies of this notice or the solicitation will be available. Offerors are responsible for checking the fbo.gov website for any update(s) to the Notice.
