The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires a contractor to supply 45,000 gallons of #2 Diesel Fuel (dyed for off-road use) to the USACE Dredge Goetz Fleet at the Melvin Price Locks & Dam (Lock & Dam 26), Alton, Illinois. Fuel will be delivered Mid-Stream to a floating marine fuel barge, manned and controlled by two Government employees during the transfer. Fuel transfer will take place mid-stream. Quotes for fuel delivered by truck will NOT be considered. Delivery will take place on Thursday, January 10, 2019. No Biodiesel or Biodiesel Blends will be accepted. Offerors will submit a Per Gallon price for fuel. The unit (per gallon) price may have up to three places after the decimal (example: $X.xxx / gallon). This is an unrestricted soliicitation. Offers from capable firms of any size will be considered.
