The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will require a contractor to repair non-public access roads near Eggerts Landing in the Baldhill Dam/Lake Ashtabula Recreation Area, near Valley City (Barnes County), North Dakota. Work will include obtaining payment bonds, Type 1 Crack Repair of approx. 8,550 LF, chip sealing of approx. 11,300 SY of asphalt pavement, and repainting all striping and pavement markings. The contractor will be responsible for following applicable local, state, Federal and USACE safety and environmental laws and regulations. The NAICS code for this contract will be 237310, with a size standard of $36.5 million. The anticipated value of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Offers must be received prior to the date and time stated in the solicitation. Quotes received after the designated date and time are considered late, and may not be considered for award. Offerors must be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), including FAR and DFARS Representations and Certifications. Quotes from firms without registration, or whose registration has expired may not be considered for award.
