This is not a request for quotes. General Description: The contractor shall supply all equipment, labor and materials necessary to remove and properly dispose of all the existing, florescent lighting and replace with new LED lighting in accordance with the future solicitation specifications and the local building codes. The property has one main office building, two storage buildings, a parking garage building and two service buildings. Planned Site Visit: Vendors will be afforded one site-visit prior to quote submission. Vendors will meet at the site location address of 431 North Shore Drive in Fountain City, Wisconsin with Government POCs on March 6th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interested vendors email bryson.r.rossol@usace.army.mil with 1) Company Name 2) POC name 3) phone number 4) cage code for site visit attendance coordination. The site visit is not required to submit quotes. All questions and answers at the site visit will be posted with the solicitation. Please respond by March 4th, 2019. Projected Solicitation Posting: The projected date for solicitation posting is tentatively scheduled for March 13th, 2019 with evaluation of quotes taking place March 25th-26th. Schedule: The period of performance will be from May 1st - September 30th, 2019. All work must be complete by September 30th, 2019. Work Plan and Inspection: Contractor shall submit a plan that details the sequence and scheduling of the proposed work. The work plan shall be submitted within 30 days of contract award and discussed and approved at the pre-work meeting. All work shall be coordinated with the designated Contracting Officers Representative and shall comply with local, state and federal codes. Work will be inspected for conformance within the specifications for timeliness, safety and overall completion. The contractor shall be responsible for removal and disposal of all construction debris according to all local and state codes.
