The Middle East District anticipates a Design-Build contract for constructing and renovating CH-47 helicopter support facilities at Anchas Air Base, Egypt. The scope includes a new maintenance hangar, apron and taxiway expansions, and utility system upgrades. The period of performance is tentatively 30 months from the Notice to Proceed. The estimated construction cost is between $25 million and $100 million. Only United States-based firms and joint ventures are eligible for this Foreign Military Financing project.
