This Request for Quote will utilize Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.203 - Procedures for Solicitation, Evaluation, FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Subpart 15.101-2 Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process. It is the intent of the Government to award a contract without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions if deemed necessary. Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Offer. The Government intends to award a single commercial Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract from this solicitation. Site visits will not be organized or conducted by the Government under this solicitation. This amendment 0001 adds responses to bidder inquiries, extends the offeror response date, and changes the delivery dates that will be the requirement for the first CALL. This amendment 0002 adds responses to bidder inquiries and adds Federal Acquisition Regulation Clause 52.204-27 - Prohibition on a ByteDance Covered Application. Amendment 0002 does not extend the offeror response date.
