This Request for Quote will utilize Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.203 - Procedures for Solicitation, Evaluation,?FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Subpart 15.101-2 Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process. It is the intent of the Government to award a contract without discussions.? However, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions if deemed necessary. Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Offer.? The Government intends to award a single commercial Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract from this solicitation.
