SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Solicitation No. W912ER23R0018 Kuwait Maintenance and Repair NAICS Code: 561790 Classification Code: Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings SYNOPSIS: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM) is seeking to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to provide a facility Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) Program and other related support functions at 10-15 Kuwait Ministry of Defense (KMOD) installations in Kuwait. It is anticipated that the ensuing contract will result in maintenance service for a total of 5 years with a capacity of $24 million. * Please note that this is not a request for proposal (RFP) * PROJECT SCOPE OVERVIEW: This action is to provide management, labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and knowledge to accomplish a broad range of routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and repairs (including urgent repairs), upgrades, renovations, incidental minor construction, procurement and installation support, and surveys for various facilities throughout the Country of Kuwait. The primary function of this contract shall be performing scheduled preventive maintenance, checks and services as recommended by the installed equipment and system(s) manufacturer. Proposal Procedures: For this project, TAM intends to issue an RFP, utilizing the tradeoff source selection proposal evaluation procedures, on the best value continuum, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 15.101-1. The intent is for the RFP to be issued as a full and open competition procurement. Evaluation criteria will be stated in the forthcoming RFP. This procurement is anticipated to result in a single firm-fixed-price contract award. Set Asides and Codes: The project is classified through the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) under code 561790 – Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings, with a small business size standard of $9.0 million. Additional Information: A list will not be generated from replies to this announcement. Contractors will not automatically receive the RFP package as a result of replying to this announcement. A Pre-Solicitation Announcement may eventually be publicized on the government-wide point of entry, sam.gov. Contractors are responsible for monitoring the website for the Pre-Solicitation Announcement or for any posted changes or amendments. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Interested firms are requested to complete the Capability Statement and Project Experience Template included with this notice as part of their submission. Provide your experience with not more than three similar projects. Be advised that this notice is for market research purposes only, and this is not an RFP, nor does it restrict TAM from utilizing a different acquisition approach to award any or all resultant contracts. Failure to respond to this notice will not disqualify your company from submitting a proposal. TAM will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice.
