It is the intent of the Government to award a contract without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions if deemed necessary. Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Offer. The Government intends to award a single commercial Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract from this solicitation.
