Box 2250, Winchester, VA 22604-1450 SYNOPSIS: TAM is anticipating a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) award for the renovation of the ICTS Medical Warehouse located at the Baghdad Intl Airport, Iraq. PROJECT SCOPE: The scope of the project includes remodeled/renovated of the medical warehouse to operational condition. This project consists of upgrading the existing power, environmental controls, and new construction of office spaces (construct new office room and conference room); and to provide new shelving for the medical supplies and office equipment/furniture (FF&E), IT equipment/CCTV to enhance the Iraqi Military’s ability to receive, account, store, and ship medical supplies capability and capacity. 1. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be 365 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. 2. The magnitude of the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. PROPOSAL PROCEDURES: The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on SAM.GOV. It is anticipated that the Best Value Trade-Off (BVTO) contracting method will be used to evaluate proposals.
