EST. It has come to the Government's attention that technical issues has not allowed offerors to submit proposols through PIEE. Due to these technical issues, the governement will allow proposals to be submitted through PIEE and DOD SAFE. The Transatlantic, Middle East District (TAM) is seeking interest and capabilities of experienced construction contractors capable of performing the Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Construction of site preparation at Ta'if in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This project will include but is not limited to grubbing, clearing, site-prep/earthwork and grading of 1,086,443 Square Meters (SM) of land, comprised of five (5) unique project sites (listed below) within the same general vicinity, adjacent to, or inside the perimeter of an existing KSA Military Base, to facilitate site preparation for future use. Contractor shall execute Earthwork and Site Preparation of the 1,086,443 SM in accordance with applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC). Each unique site will be finished with a gravel cap suitable to support containerized storage or similar equipment. The Contractor shall conduct finishing that includes drainage management, leveling, and gravelling of each site. Site 1: 475,000 SM Site 2: 33,000 SM Site 3: 23,436 SM Site 4: 53,007 SM Site 5: 502,000 SM The magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. This office anticipates release of the Solicitation early April 2022.
