Amendment 0002 - Update Solicitation and Specifications. NOV 4, 2021, Amendment 0001 - Extend the Solicitation due date; updated Solicitation, deleted individual attachements and uploaded combined Enclosures/Attachements, updated Specification and Drawings. This is a Design-Bid-Build project requiring the contractor to dredge the harbor at KANB to support the introduction of four (4) Multi-Mission Surface Combatant Ships (MMSCs). The Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000,000 to $100,000,000. The Government reserves the right to incorporate the awardee proposal into the contract and distribute the proposal as deemed necessary. Any deviations from the proposal must be approved by the Contracting Officer; The contractor is required to provide all documentation requested in this solicitation (tender) to include Defense Base Act (DBA) Insurance after contract award and prior to Notice to Proceed. Performance and Payment Bonds (20%) are required for this acquisition.
