*Please note the solicitation number change from W912ER20R0013 to W912ER22R0006* *Please note that per Amendment 0001, the site visit will no longer be held.* *Amendment 0002 provides photos of the site where work will be performed* The Transatlantic, Middle East District (TAM) has a requirement for a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Construction of an Air Traffic Control Tower in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. This project is to construct a new 12 story Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) plus cab and balcony floors with a reinforced concrete pile foundation, steel superstructure, precast concrete facade, and a standing seam metal roof. This project will include an elevator, a catwalk surrounding the tower cab as well as fire detection and suppression systems, HVAC, emergency Power, utilities, site improvements and other required support to provide a complete and usable facility. The facility will also have space to support a RADAR approach control system. All facilities are designed as permanent construction in accordance with the DoD Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 1-200-01. Sustainable principles, to include Life Cycle cost-effective practices, will be integrated into the design, development and construction of the project in accordance with UFC 1-200-02. This project will comply with DoD Antiterrorism/force protection requirements per UFC 4-010-01. The magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The appropriate Northern American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 -- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the Small Business Size Standard is $39,500,000. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The Period of Performance for this project is 750 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
