The vendor shall provide safe and operable vehicles at all times for U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Transatlantic Division, Middle East District (TAM) personnel who are assigned to the Qatar Area Office. The U.S. Government (USG) will not exercise any supervision or control over the vehicle providers. This requirement will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable(LPTA) basis.
