This amendment corrects the deliver period and item count, see attachments for Amendment 1. There is no time extension for this solicitation and the due date remains 09 July 2020. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM), intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Local Procurement of Heavy Construction Equipment in Subhan, Kuwait. The Contractor will procure all of the items listed in the Non-Tactical Vehicles Price Template attachment, in the quantities listed. The Contractor will deliver all of the items to a central location in Subhan, Kuwait. Quotes are to due no later than 9 July 2020, 1400hrs, (2:00 PM) US EST. Quotes received after this date and time will not be accepted. It is the Offerors responsibility to ensure submission of its quote is received by the Government on the date and time stated above.
