The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM), has a requirement from the U.S. Army Central (USARCENT) for the construction of a Division Tactical Operations Center (DTAC). This planned DTAC will increase the USARCENT operational command and control (C2) capabilities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is an Operations and Maintenance Army (O&MA) funded project. The project will be constructed in accordance with current Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and U.S. building codes, safety and security standards. The contractor shall provide all management, administration, quality control, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, vehicles, heavy equipment, supplies and other items as necessary to perform the construction contained in the Scope of Work (SOW). Project scope includes all work to construct new Division Tactical Operations Center (DTAC) at Eskan Village, Saudi Arabia (near Riyadh). This building is an austere design with simple or no finishes (lay in grid ceiling only in ops center, sealed concrete floor and painted CMU walls). The building is one story approximately 545 square meters, concrete frame with CMU exterior walls. Interior spaces include open administration area, four (4) offices, restrooms, conference room, electrical and communication rooms. Options will include 1) Add toilets (complete with water and sewage connections), 2) Add Type 1A0.4a partitions, 3) Add access flooring, 4) Add Vestibule V100, 5) Add Vestibule V101 . The project will encompass all work necessary for a complete and usable facility.
