The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM) is seeking preliminary information for market research purposes from capable and reliable sources who may be interested in submitting a proposal for the procurement of building materials and tools to support the Kuwait Ministry of Defense (KMOD) requirements. This summary provides the preliminary requirements for building material and tools. The materials, tools and other items will be specific to construction / renovation activities to include but not limited to ready mix concrete, concrete masonry units, rebar, various hand tools, toilets, sinks, PVC, UPVC, and personal protective equipment. The complete list contains approximately 550 unique items specific to construction / renovation activities. USACE would expect the contractor to coordinate the delivery of the products to a single selected location within Kuwait and will need to be able to access a Kuwait Military Base.
