The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, materials, chemicals, sensors, and software to perform aerial brushkill and aerial imagery/reconnaissance services. Aerial brushkill involves precise application of approved herbicides by helicopter and/or drone to kill tree, brush, and aquatic plant growth within designated channel corridors. Aerial imagery services require acquisition, processing, georeferencing, and delivery of high-definition digital video along designated channel reaches, either during spraying missions or dedicated reconnaissance flights, to help the Government assess channel conditions, bank sloughing, blockages, and vegetation density across approximately 1,300 total miles of channel network. Specific areas to be treated or surveyed will be identified by the Contracting Officer or COR through task orders and provided Google Earth KMZ/KML spatial files.
