Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District requires annual and periodic inspection and servicing of fire equipment and systems. The performance of services requires technicians to be licensed in the states of Tennessee, Arkansas, and Missouri. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror, with evaluation based on technical capability, past performance, and price. The Government intends to award no more than two Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) from this solicitation. This is a small business set-aside procurement.
