Title of Work: Bayou Meto Canal 1000 Phase 3.2Project Description: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor and materials for the construction of 14,665 LF of irrigation canal, 8 farm offtakes, 5 siphon structures, 1 gravity turnout, 2 pump turnouts, and associated grading and drainage. Work begins at the eastern limits of construction of Canal 1000 Phase 3.1 (STA 290+00) and ends at the first check structure (STA 441+30).North American Industry Classification System: 237990-Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $45M.Acquisition Strategy: The procurement will be advertised as Small Business set-aside.
