The MV Ward requires the Schottel Hydraulic Clutch Assemblies to be rebuilt (Total of 2 Clutches). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, superv... The MV Ward requires the Schottel Hydraulic Clutch Assemblies to be rebuilt (Total of 2 Clutches). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to rebuild the Hydraulic Clutch assemblies. The rebuild includes disassemble of the hydraulic clutch assemblies to inspect and check tolerances of machined bores and surfaces. All seals, bearings, adapters, outer and internal plates, flanges, and O-rings shall be replaced during the hydraulic clutch assembly rebuild. The main shaft?s surfaces and tolerances shall be inspected and evaluated. If the main shaft is not in required condition, the shaft shall be replaced with additional cost. The hydraulic clutch assembly housing shall be painted when complete. Price shall include pickup and delivery of rebuilt unit.
