Title of Work: RIVER REPAIRS AND UPPER BANK PAVING - W912EQ24B0008 Project Description: The work consists of various stone repairs to stone navigation structures to include revetments, dikes, and bend way weirs, construction of hardpoints, and the placement of Riprap Upper Bank Paving on revetments in the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers. Individual task orders will be issued designating the locations and types of work that will be performed. Each task order will specify the amount of time allowed for completion of the work. The work consists of placing a total of up to approximately 2,500,000 tons of stones. The total estimated value of this project will be a ceiling value of $75,000,000.00 for a base and four (4) ordering periods. Work Location: Individual task orders will be issued designating the locations and types of work that will be performed. The exact location will be indicated on the contract drawings. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990; Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a small business size standard of $45 Million. Acquisition Strategy: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District (MVM) proposes to advertise this project as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside. Award will be made to the responsible bidder with the lowest evaluated price. Magnitude of Work: Between $25Million and $100Million Invitation for Bids: Will be issued on/about – 29 July 2024 Bid Due Date: On/About – 28 August 2024 The resulting contract will be Firm-Fixed Price. The government reserves the right to award a contract from this solicitation. The Solicitation Number will be W912EQ24B0008 Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
