Title of Work: Systems 1 and 3 Gravity Flow Structures Renovation Project Description: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor and materials for renovation of structural and mechanical features at 11 culvert structures located in Lake County, Tennessee, Fulton County, Kentucky, and Pulaski County, Illinois. Renovations include replacing manual gate operators and associated work, installing new slotted galvanized stem covers, providing portable actuators to sponsors, replacement of safety chains and handrails, repainting of structural components, and repair of concrete and any incidental related work according to the specifications and plans. Work Location: The work for this project is located in Lake County, TN, Fulton County, KY and Pulaski County, IL. The exact location will be indicated on the contract drawings. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990: Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $45M. Acquisition Strategy: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District (MVM) proposes to advertise this project as a HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. Award will be made to the responsible bidder with the lowest evaluated price.
