The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of all firms interested in participating in the competition to compete and perform a firm-fixed price construction contract. TITLE: M System 3 Gravity Flow Structures Renovations PROJECT LOCATION: Lake County, Tennessee & Fulton County, Kentucky. SCOPE OF WORK: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor and materials for renovation of structural and mechanical features at 9 culverts located in Lake County, Tennessee and Fulton County, Kentucky. Renovations include replacing manual gate operators and associated work, installing new slotted galvanized stem covers, providing portable actuators to sponsors, replacement of safety chains and handrails, repainting of structural components, and repair of concrete and any incidental related work. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM: 237990-Other Heavy & Civil Engineering Construction -Small Business Size Standards, $45M MAGNITUDE OF WORK: $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District will be the procuring office.
