This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). ***Please read these instructions carefully. *** Solicitation number W912EQ23Q0035 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19.5 with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 333923, and an applicable size standard is 1,250 employees. Delivery/Specification: This Performance Work Statement (PWS) sets forth requirements for winches to be used for the Dry Dock at Ensley Engineer Yard. Description of Requirements for the items to be acquired: The Yards and Docks Unit located at Ensley Engineer Yard has requirement a Wintech Model DW30R-E5 Electric Deck Winch, Wintech Model DW30L-E5 Electric Deck Winch, and (2) Deck Winch Controls as specified within this SOW or like in kind to the specifications.
