W912EQ-23-B-0005 West Memphis Seepage Remediation The West Memphis, AR Re-evaluation project includes furnishing all plant, labor, and any incidental related work according to the plans and specifications for the construction of 18 relief wells and 2 permanent piezometers between levee baseline stations 156/13+83 and 156/44+87 of the MO-AR Line to Mouth of St. Francis River @ MS River Levee segment (segment 17) of the Commerce MO St. Francis River Levee System (System 2) in West Memphis, AR. This project is advertised as a HUBZone Set-Aside using sealed bid procedures which have the assigned North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. For the purposed of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $45 million. The estimated value of the work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Solicitation will be issued on/about 3 April 2023 and bid opening date will be on/about 02 May 2023. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM), including the NAICS code they are bidding under, in order to receive a Government contract award and to register, the SAM Internet address is: https://sam.gov. Also, all solicitation documents will be posted through (Contract Opportunities) at above internet address. Vendors seeking to do business with the Memphis District must complete a vendor registration on https://piee.eb.mil/ , as you will be required to submit proposals through the PIEE Solicitation Module.
