Huxtable and Graham Burke Gearbox rebuild. The solicitation number is W912EQ23B0003 and is being issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB).The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment to successfully clean, fully recondition, and inspect eleven (11) Western Gear Boxes (Huxtable and Graham Burke), install new duplex core oil filters including support brackets on ten (10) gearboxes (Huxtable Pumping Plant only), and perform a level III vibration analysis on eleven (11) gear boxes. New equipment shall come with standard 1 year warranty or 800 hours of operation, whichever is greater. The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts and tools for this project. All work shall conform to local, state and federal codes. Work is considered a turn-key task. It is the bidders responsibility to ensure receipt of their bid before the due date. ALL SUBMISSIONS TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH PIEE, SOLICITATION MODULE.
