The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Memphis District is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to Rehabilitate 75 Existing Pressure Relief Wells as specified in the attached PWS. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. See the attached Performance Work Statement “Hillhouse, MS Parcel 2 Relief Well Rehabilitation.” The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this sources sought is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. Interested parties responding to this sources sought should include the following information: 1. Company name, address, DUNS number, CAGE code, point of contact, telephone number and email address. 2. Information describing the company’s capability to perform and past performance. Provide specific information on relevant work the same or similar in size and complexity. Include contract number, contract description, dollar value and a customer point of contact, telephone number and email address. Identify whether your firm was a prime vendor or subcontractor. 3. Provide the company’s business size (small or other than small) and all applicable socioeconomic category information (Small, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB) Any questions related to this notice shall be submitted in writing to the point of contact listed below. Your responses shall be provided via email to the POC listed below and are due no later than 1:00 PM CST, Thursday, 28 July 2022 to: James D.
