The Memphis District USACE has a requirement for two complete, operational, modular, wastewater treatment plants. Plants shall include all tankage, mechanical & electrical components, media, and all ancillary components required to meet performance requirements listed herein. Installation of equipment will be by others. Interconnecting piping and wiring, normally field installed, between various treatment units and control panels are not included in the scope of supply. Plants should be capable of being decommissioned disassembled, stored, reassembled, and restarted. Equipment shall be delivered to near Schriever, Louisiana. However, equipment should be suitable for operation anywhere within the continental United States with minimal modification.
