Please see attached Huxtable Lagoon Mods Drawing and amended Peformance Work Statement. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This solicitation is for non-personnel services contract to provide the required earthwork; inspect/evaluate and replace defective/worn plumbing system components; and install facultative lagoon compatible wastewater environmental liner and baffle curtain for W.G. Huxtable Pumping Plant Sanitary wastewater lagoon. FOB destination: within the area of responsibility of the W.G. Huxtable Pumping Plant; 5825 Lee 501 Road, Marianna, Arkansas, 72360. The Contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, all necessary equipment, tanker truck, clean soil, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to safely perform the tasks outlined below.
