Please see attachment B08 Amendment 1 W912EQ22Q0037P00001 MV Mister PAT Sand Blasting and Painting Section B Site Visit for full details. *********************** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Memphis District has a requirement to sandblast and paint the sandblast and paint the underwater hull, deck, superstructure, and deck fittings of the MV Mister Pat at USACE Ensley Engineer Yard in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. The solicitation number is W912EQ22Q0037 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is a 100% total small business set-aside procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 336611 Ship Building and Repairing; Size Standard 1,250 Employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12, Acquisition for Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
