The winch shall be capable to lift a minimum 5 tons (10,000lbs) with lift speed of 3mph (pay in and out). The winch will have minimum of 75’ of ½” steel wire with thimble eye on the end attached to a grooved drum. The winch will be controlled by a 230V 60htz AC 3 phase variable speed controller. Special requirements include that the motor shall be rated IP23 with control box rating of NEMA4. Winch will be cycled for less than 1 hour per week. Any additional fees or surcharges shall be included in the unit price of material.
