The Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, equipment supervision, facilities, utilities, equipment, tools, lubricants, fuel, materials and articles (excluding Government furnished property) necessary to repair the Buoy Barge Crane Winches. The Contractor will arrange shipment and return of the Winches to the Government upon completion and acceptance of all work. The Contractor is required to commence work under this job order immediately upon the award of this contract, to execute the work with diligence and to complete the work within the (60) calendar days.
