The Memphis District USACE has a requirement for a non-personnel sevices contract to to perform repairs on the overhead door assemblies which includes the specific repairs to: install 11 sets of sensing eyes, replace 1 rolling steel door, replace bottom bar on 1 door, replace 1 electric operator. Forklift to be provided for removing rolling steel door and installing new one. No more than one (1) door shall be down for repairs at any time. All overhead doors must remain intact and closed during off-hours. See the attached solicitation for additional details.
