The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District has a non-personnel services contract for the annual inspection and servicing of fire extinguishers and fire extinguishing equipment at USACE Ensley Engineer Yard (EEY), 2915 Riverport Road Memphis, TN 38109 to include both buildings and floating vessels at EEY, Graham Burke Pumping Plant, W.G. Huxtable Pumping Plant, and DD17 Pumping Plant. Services performed under this contract shall include the inspections and recharging of fire extinguishing systems and/or repair/replacement of fire extinguishing components, as necessary. Services shall be performed to meet applicable U.S. Coast Guard regulations (in the case of the Motor Vessel Mississippi); National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and standards; and USACE EM 385-1-1 requirements. All of the vessels and buildings requiring this service are listed in the solicitation noted below. The solicitation number is W912EQ22Q0020 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a total small business set-aside procurement. The associated NAICS code is 541990 with a size standard of $16.5M.
