Amendment 0001 to extend solicitation until 15 November 2021 and to incorporate the deviation clause 252.223-7999, “Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors (Deviation 2021-O00009),” included in this solicitation and resulting contract.” The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District has a requirement for a non-personnel services contract to provide medical surveillance and occupational health physicals. This will be submitted as a “Unrestricted” procurement. This Service will be provided in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is W912EQ22Q0002 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a total small business set-aside procurement. The associated NAICS code is 621340 with a size standard of $8M.
