THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The Government is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of mass producing articulated concrete mattress (ACM) squares to government specifications within specific tolerances. ACM can be cast at government provided fields along the Mississippi River, or cast elsewhere and transported to those sites or riverside to load on barges. Squares cast will be identical with minimal tolerance and have compressive design strength of 3,000 psi at 28 days.
