The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. The solicitation number is W912EQ21R0022 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a 100% total small business set-aside procurement. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is is 336611 Ship Building and Repairing; Size Standard 1,250 Employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Proposals should be marked with solicitation number W912EQ21R0022 and sent via to Leah Cobb at Leah.B.Cobb@usace.army.mil not later than 12:00 PM CST 16 Sep 2021.
