The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this requirement is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $36.5 million. The estimated value of the work is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Solicitation will be issued on or about 31 July 2021 and bid opening date will be on or about 31 August 2021.
