Amendment to add Price Realism Information to Section 00100 Instuctions to Bidders and Changing Bid Opening Date: The Government may perform a price realism analysis as a part of its fair and reasonable price determination. A price realism analysis may also be used for the purpose of measuring a Bidder’s understanding of the requirements, to evaluate w hether the Bidder can realistically perform the requirements at the fixed price proposed, and to assess the risk to the Government inherent in the bid. Change the bid opening date from 13 Apr 2021 to read 15 Apr 2021.
