The project limits are from approximately Station 12/40+00 to 15/28+00 on the White River Backwater Levee as shown on the plans. The total estimated value of the work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $36.5 million. This will be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for White River Backwater Seepage. The total estimated value of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Solicitation will be issued on/about 04 December 2020 and bid opening date will be on/about 04 January 2021. The resulting contract award will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract.
